The staff were very friendly and helpful, and recommended some amazing places to eat at. The hotel was well located, in between the train station and the centre (Vieux Port). The rooms were small but comfortable - and the prices very reasonable (the reason we chose the hotel).
The bed was a bit small.

The room was clean.
It is located only a few minutes by foot from the Old Port, however, the neighborhood is not the best and you may feel unsafe to return to the hotel at night. I would also not recommend this hotel if you are travelling by car. It is almost impossible to find a parking place on the street and the official public parking is far too expensive. You can buy a 24-hour parking pass from the hotel reception for the cost of 10EUR/day, but be aware that, although it is a 24-hour pass, it expires at midday. Because of that, at the end, I had to pay two days of parking pass for staying 24 hours. Besides, the hotel has only two parking passes for all rooms and you cannot book it, first come, first serve. Finally, the curtains in the room were not thick enough and we were not able to make the room dark enough for a good sleep.

The staff were brilliant right from the start. We asked them for a map and they went through everything that we should do on it and suggested good beaches to visit. They were really helpful.
Bed was too soft and the bathroom was fine however if i was a little larger it would become a very tight squeeze.

Location of this hotel was excellent for seeing the city and shopping. Price was also good. The room was a bit small, but very European. Perfect for me alone, but it would be tight for a couple or family. The staff were really friendly. I'd stay again.

We were looking to spend 20-25 pounds a night as we were travelling around Europe. We stayed in hostels the rest of the time and we were so happy with the value for money on this hotel. As soon as we walked in we wondered why it is only a 2 star as it was well decorated and the room was luxury with a plasma tv and decorated beautifully. For the cheap price the private shower was perfect! Situated right in town easy to get everywhere. Definitely recommend this and great value for money

The room was not cleaned at all. Not the first time it happens according to the clerk. We never got any excuse from the management.
